ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is a wonderful example of an environmentally friendly lifestyle and electricity is provided through solar panels and gas. There are two cottages on the farm against the slopes of the mountain, each of which is very secluded. We recommend a higher vehicle to get to Gelukstroom, no need to be a 4×4.
Hemelrand and Gelukstroom both have the same facilities. Both Cottages have two bedrooms with good quality linen, a fully equipped kitchen with a two plate stove and bar fridge for a self-catering stay, (unfortunately no oven or microwave). Cell phones can be charged at a special plug in the kitchen. Each cottage has a bathroom with a bath and shower, a living area with a veranda with a view over the mountains and dams.
Each house has an indoor braai and a fire pit underneath the stars. Please bring your own fire wood and blits, matches are provided. You can also enjoy the plunge pools at each cottage. The pools can be heated with a donkey.
Champaign, flowers, picnic basket and a photographer can be organized for special occasions.

Die akkommodasie is ‘n wonderlike voorbeeld van ‘n omgewingsvriendelike leefstyl, elektrisiteit word voorsien deur sonkrag en gas. Daar is twee kothuise op die plaas teen die hange van die berg,elk baie privaat geleë. Gelukstroom vereis n hoër voertuig, dit hoef nie n 4×4 te wees nie.
Hemelrand en Gelukstroom het albei dieselfde geriewe. Die Cottages bestaan elk uit twee slaapkamers met goeie gehalte linne, ‘n volledige toegeruste kombuis met ‘n twee plaat stofie en gas yskassie (ongelukkig geen mikrogolf of oond). Slegs selfone kan gelaai word by ‘n spesiale prop in die kombuis. Elke cottage het ‘n badkamer met ‘n bad en stort, ‘n leefarea asook ‘n veranda met ‘n uitsig oor berge en damme.
Elke huisie beskik oor ‘n binne-braai asook ‘n vuurpit onder die sterre. Bring asseblief jul eie Braaihout en blits, vuurhoutjies word voorsien. Gaste kan afkoel in die klip plons-poele by elke cottage, Altwee cottages se plons-poele kan verhit word met ‘n donkie.
Champaigne, blomme, piekniekmandjie en fotograaf kan gereel word vir spesiale geleenthede.
